Everything between the loading dock and the upstream router.

From the hardware you buy, to the facility it lives in, to the network it talks over — one team that can quote it, install it, and keep it running.

[ 02 ] About

Operators first.
Resellers second.

PandaTalk is an IT services company built around physical infrastructure. We run data center footprints, buy and sell the hardware that fills them, and arrange the connectivity that links them to the rest of the internet.

Because we operate what we sell, our recommendations come from experience in the cage — not a price list. When we quote a server, we know how it will be racked, powered, and reached over the network. When we recommend a transit provider, it's because we've peered with them.

We work with hosting providers, SaaS companies, enterprises with on-prem requirements, and teams moving workloads out of the public cloud.

[ 03 ] How we work

From requirement to running rack.

Every engagement follows the same path, whether it's a single server or a new data center footprint.

  1. 01

    Scope the requirement

Workload, power budget, rack space, bandwidth commit, timeline. We define the constraints before anyone talks about SKUs or carriers.

  2. 02

    Quote with options

New vs. refurbished, buy vs. lease, single-homed vs. multi-homed — you get clear alternatives with real pricing, not one bundled number.

  3. 03

    Deliver and install

We coordinate logistics, rack and cable the gear, turn up circuits, and hand over documented, tested infrastructure.

  4. 04

    Operate and support

Remote hands, monitoring, hardware replacement, and carrier escalation — for as long as you want us on the hook.

Refreshing a 40-rack footprint at Digital Realty Toronto

Challenge
An aging fleet of mixed-generation servers was driving power costs and failure rates up, and the client's existing cage was out of usable kW with no room to grow.
What we did
Working through our partnership with Digital Realty, we secured a higher-density cage in their Toronto campus and negotiated the colocation terms. We then spec'd a dense replacement fleet (dual-socket EPYC, 25G networking), priced OEM and refurbished options side by side, handled rack & stack over four weekend windows, and bought back the retired gear.

Moving a production workload out of public cloud into Equinix Vancouver

Challenge
A steady, predictable compute load was costing six figures a month in cloud spend. The team had no data center experience and no procurement contacts.
What we did
After evaluating three carrier-neutral facilities, we placed the workload in two cabinets at Equinix's Vancouver campus, negotiated the colocation and cross-connect terms, procured the hardware, and ran a phased cutover with 30 days of dual-running against the cloud. We now provide remote hands and monitoring under a managed services agreement.

Redesigning upstream transit and peering

Challenge
A single-homed network with one transit provider on an expensive legacy contract, and no presence at any internet exchange.
What we did
We benchmarked quotes from five transit carriers and, through our carrier relationships with Zayo, Cogent, and Beanfield, negotiated two blended 10G transit commits with burst plus metro fiber for the backhaul. We then arranged IX ports and cross-connects at TorIX and CanIX, and designed the BGP policy for traffic engineering and failover.

On-prem Kubernetes platform with GPU and petabyte storage

Challenge
A data and ML team needed a private Kubernetes platform with GPU compute and multi-petabyte storage, on a strict capital budget and a short delivery window — and no existing bare-metal footprint.
What we did
We designed and delivered the full stack: a mixed build of new GPU nodes where warranty mattered and certified-refurbished storage nodes and 100G switches where it didn't, a Ceph-backed storage cluster, and a bare-metal Kubernetes cluster with the NVIDIA GPU operator and persistent volumes ready for the team's pipelines. Racked, cabled, and burned in ahead of the quarter close.
